Human Sexuality

Course Description

This comprehensive course will examine human sexuality holistically from multiple perspectives inclusive of physiological, psychological, and social cultural variables. Students will study sex anatomy, the physiology of sex and reproduction, theories of psychosexual development, cross-cultural patterns of sexuality, gender identity and roles inclusive of gender variance, sexual dysfunction, sexual relationships, and legal aspects of sexual behavior. (Prerequisite or Corequisite: PSYC-105 or PSYC-106)
