This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to test, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade a personal computer (PC). The student will learn to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Windows operating system. They will also learn to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the hardware, components, and peripherals of a typical PC system.(Prerequisite: Any 100-level NETW course or department approval)
