MCSE - Managaing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Environment

Course Description

In this course, the student will learn to install and configure Microsoft Windows 2008 Server. Students will learn how to implement, manage and troubleshoot access to resources; monitor and optimize system performance, reliabilty and availability; configure and troubleshoot system storage; implement, manage and troubleshoot network connections, protocols and services; and implement, monitor and troubleshoot network security. At the conclusion of this course, the student will earn three credits, and be ready to take the Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2008 Server MCSE exam. NOTE: This course is offered only in the Spring term. (Prerequisite or Corequisite: NETW-106)
