Course Description
You are introduced to the marketing philosophy that businesses should meet customer needs more effectively than competitors if they are to satisfy their objectives. The module deals with how an understanding of the changing marketing environment, particularly customers and competitors will help a business organisation develop its marketing mix to respond to this environment. Lastly, the module introduces you to key concepts, which a foundation for marketing decision-making concerning products, promotions, pricing and distribution.
