Catering and Event Planning

Course Description

This course gives students a basic understanding of catering functions and organizing special events. Students will engage in the planning process for a spectrum of event venues. Students will explore cost control and customer service aspects of events. (Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or higher in HOSP-215 and HOSP-225)
