Hotel and Operations Management

Course Description

Students will acquire skills and knowledge required to manage and effectively supervise in the hotel and lodging industry. Front office, housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, events and banquets, recreation and security operations will be explored and practiced. Students will spend 20 hours doing field experience at an approved affiliated hotel.(Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or higher in HOSP-105 and HOSP-115)
