Course Description

This course will give students understanding of the food and beverage operations in all aspects of the hospitality industry including practical and theoretical understanding of quantity food and beverage production and service operations. The course prepares students for the Serv Save Alchohol Certification Examination which is required to pass the course. (Prerequisite(s): A grade of "C" or higher in HOSP-105; Prerequisite or Co-Requisite: A grade of "C" or higher in HOSP-115)
