This course is designed to give students an overview of the health care industry and related careers. Students will explore personal values and academic goals through individual projects, class exercises and group interaction as they learn the educational requirements of specific health care degrees and develop the baseline skills necessary for working in health care including critical thinking, ethical reasoning, effective communication, and self-directed lifelong learning.
