Course Description
This course will assist students in improving their cardiovascular and muscular conditioning through a variety of different forms of exercise. Workouts will include for example; Pilates, Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Bar Method, Treadmill Workouts, Weight Training, Tabata, and Step Aerobics along with Balls, Bands, and Tubing. Students will gain experience in working with a variety of exercise equipment.
