Advanced Pastry Arts

Course Description

In this course students will apply skills from all Pastry Arts classes in the preparation of frozen desserts, hot soufflés, and advanced topics in baking, including Entremet cakes, Petits Fours, regional specialties, and special needs baking. (Prerequisites: CULA 151, CULA 251, CULA 252, CULA 253)
