This course will explore the responsibilities of the criminal investigator during the criminal investigation process. The initial crime scene investigation, physical evidence, the role of the crime laboratory, interviews and interrogations, crime scene reconstruction and specific investigative techniques relating to specific crimes will be discussed and evaluated.(Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in CRJU-101)
