Automotive Electricity/Electronics I

Course Description

Basic electricity and how it applies to the automobile is the primary focus of this course. Students are required to test and overhaul components of the starting, charging, body and chasis electrical systems. System design and basic electronics are discussed in order to provide a better understanding of the role of electronics and computers in today's cars. (Prerequisite or Corequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in AUTO 101)
