Introduction to Design II

Through hands-on projects the student will be able to:

Demonstrate a mastery of the basic design principles and elements of design as shown in the final four chapters of the textbook. (Critical Thinking, Creative Expression).

Master digital graphic architectural and interior design skills through plan, section, elevation and axonometric drawing. (Information Literacy, Communication,)

Understand and manipulate basic structural theory in the development of three- dimensional buildings. (Critical Thinking, Critical Thinking, Creative Expression).

Research and interpret human behavior patterns and observation techniques, discussed in Arch 121, for use in developing design solutions. (Critical Thinking, Information Literacy).
