NURS271 - Nursing Concepts III Credits: 7 Lecture: 4 Lab: 9 Technological Competency (t) Prerequisite(s): NURS 112 , NURS 172 , and BIOL 112 (with a grade of “C” or higher); PSYC 208 Prerequisite or Corequisite: A grade of “C” or higher in NURS 211 and BIOL 213 Description: This course prepares the student with the nursing knowledge, skills and attitudes to provide patient-centered care for the family across the lifespan. The student will also learn to provide nursing care for patients with problems with cellular regulation, protection, immunity, infection, and inflammation.
