CRJU101 - Introduction to Criminal Justice System
Description: The social and institutional response to crime is discussed topically in this interdisciplinary survey of the American Criminal Justice System. Students are required to formulate views on controversial issues and concerns such as plea bargaining, the exclusionary rule, the insanity defense and the death penalty. This course is a prerequisite for all 200 level courses in the Criminal Justice program.
