ANTH105 - Cultural Anthropology Credits: 3 Lecture: 3 Lab/Studio: 0 General Education Course (SS) (CG) Prerequisite(s): READ 095 or satisfactory completion of the College’s foundational studies requirement in reading Description: Cultural Anthropology introduces students to the concept of culture as a way of seeing the world. This anthropological approach to understanding helps students see cultures unlike their own as less unfamiliar. Through cultural study, students will also investigate how cultures change and the role anthropological fieldwork plays in a systematic study of people and culture.
