This course prepares the student with the nursing knowledge, skills and attitudes to provide patient-centered care for the family across the lifespan. The student will also learn to provide nursing care for patients with problems in cellular regulation, protection, immunity, infection and inflammation. Application of communication, the nursing process, clinical reasoning and clinical decision-making will be expanded.
