Yoga I

Course Description

Students will learn and demonstrate an understanding of Hatha yoga thereby enhancing physical health and mental wellness. By performing beginner and intermediate yoga postures students will develop flexibility and balance, increase muscle strength and tone, exercise the spine, release toxins by stimulating the lymphatic system, and increase self confidence and overall energy.
