Class room instruction and use of web-based learning systems prepares students to transfer workforce readiness skills to various job settings, use new skills and to take responsibility for one's learning on the job, apply skills in a variety of contexts, and assist students with applying for positions in many workplaces. Emphasis is placed on hands-on engaging activities that focus on interpersonal and professional skills needed to achieve success in the workplace.
