English 121 is an introductory writing course in which students learn to create college-level essays. Throughout the semester, students engage in a writing process and learn strategies for composing and revising. Class time is focused on learning about academic essays and applying that knowledge in writing.(Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in ENGL-095 or meets current college placement criteria)
