Loss prevention seeks to reduce the risk of loss from theft, shrinkage, injury and terrorist threat. Individuals working as loss prevention professionals are concerned with the assets of private companies and public agencies. Students, after taking the course, will be able to describe the threats to private and public agencies and design a security survey.(Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in CRJU 101)
