Students will be able to identify and compare the organizational models, authority structures and major functions of law enforcement on a federal, state, county and municipal level. They will be able to define the major administrative problems involved in assigning responsibility and delegating authority in the areas of recruitment, promotion, training and personnel administration. (Prerequisite: A grade of "C" or higher in CRJU 101)
