Where Do I Go For Help?

What Can I Do in WebAdvisor?

Student Planning -  Allows students to create a degree plan that will fast-track them through Brookdale. Students can easily find and select courses that match their schedule and view them on an easy-to-read calendar. The Student Planning Model also helps students track their progress towards a degree or certificate with ease.

Registration - Based on eligibility requirements, students may be able to register, add and/or drop classes online. To determine eligibility, log in to WebAdvisor through MyBrookdale and click on the link “FAQ” from the student’s menu and read question #25 “Can I register online?” (Students are responsible for printing verification of all WebAdvisor transactions after completing registration and add/drop activities.)

Academic Profile - Students can look up grades, GPA, a list of completed courses and current class schedule. This is the ONLY way to access grades unles students request a hard copy from the Registrar. Students can also check progress toward degree requirements. (Degree Audit).

Financial Profile - Students can check financial aid status, make a payment and check their account summary.

Academic Information On-line

Students can access academic information in WebAdvisor which can be accessed by clicking on MyBrookdale from any page on the Brookdale website. This is the only way to access your grades unless you request a hard copy from the Registrar. Students are responsible for checking their grades. If a student believes there is an error on their transcript, they should contact their instructor immediately.
